Job Title : Senior QA Engineer Manual & Automation Testing

Experience : 6-10 Years
Location : Alpharetta, Georgia
Key Responsibilities :
- Experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect management.
- Experience with defect management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing processes (automation experience is a plus).
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile / Scrum methodologies, and test management practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with API testing, UI testing, and end-to-end test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the development process.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with relational databases.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and end-to-end testing for features and user stories.
- Validate the test environment setup to ensure readiness for testing.
- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools.
- Perform regression testing and functional, integration, and system testing to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
- Document and communicate test results, defect analysis, and status updates to project teams.
- Ensure defects are resolved and verified to meet expected results.
- Review project schedules and coordinate timely test execution within established timelines.
- Continuously improve the testing process and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
