Job Title : Site Reliability & Operations Analyst
Job Type : W2 / C2C
Experience : 8-10 Years
Location : Houston, Delaware
Responsibilities :
- 2 years in technical support, operations, or project management.
- Proficiency in dashboard tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau) and project management software.
- Strong presentation skills with experience creating executive-level updates.
- Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITIL or Agile methodologies.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as DataDog and Jira.
- Observability : Continuously observe production health dashboards in DataDog to detect anomalies or system disruptions.
- Issue Triage : Rapidly assess and escalate technical problems to relevant teams while initiating mitigation steps.
- Customer Support : Join critical customer calls to provide technical insights and ensure swift issue resolution.
- Weekly Reporting : Prepare and present detailed weekly reports on project status, risks, and milestones using slides (PowerPoint).
- Project Tracking : Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets) to track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
