Job Title : Technical Project Manager Application Support and Delivery

Location : Austin, Texas

Responsibilities :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technical environments (B2B).
• Strong understanding of software development processes, project management principles, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Technical background in software development, troubleshooting, and support.
• Lead the project through initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion.
• Ensure successful project delivery by guiding team members on technical aspects and reviewing technical documents and artifacts.
• Lead the customer interface daily, proactively addressing any issues before they escalate.
• Create and review functional and technical specification documents.
• Allocate tasks and tickets to team members and ensure they are completed within deadlines.
• Track open tickets / incidents in the queue, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure analysts meet SLA, KPI, and OLA requirements.
• Fill in and ensure timely completion of timesheets and invoicing.
• Promote efficiency, better quality, and cost-effective solutions within the team.
• Ensure the project follows Software Quality Processes and stays within timelines.
• Review and maintain compliance with project standards and procedures.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the team and project stakeholders.
• Promote teamwork and motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
• Provide ongoing application production support per the RACI Matrix.
