Job Title : 5G ORAN Network & Alarm Monitoring & Support Specialist (L1 & L2)
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 7-20 years
Location : Littleton, Colorado
Responsibilities
- Alarm-related TTs assigned to the L1 RAN team (Samsung) to be resolved or assigned further to L2 within SLA
- Accept calls/Tickets from Customer Care
- Manage Fault tickets till closure
- Diagnosis at the primary level
- Coordinate with concerned teams for resolution
- Escalate non – non-repetitive, critical, service-affecting faults to the L2 fault management team
- Knowledge or understanding of RAN networks
- Understanding of 5G ORAN Network Functions (CU, CU-CP, CU-UP, DU, gNB, RUs).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
