Responsibilities
- Responsible for guiding and coaching our agile development team in the successful implementation of SAP projects.
- Play a critical role in ensuring that our development processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with Agile principles.
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, facilitating the Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective) and ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Drive the adoption of Agile principles and practices across the organization, promoting transparency, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments or blockers that may hinder the progress or effectiveness of the development team.
- Work closely with the development team to facilitate the creation and management of product backlogs, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Leverage your expertise in SAP to provide guidance and support in the implementation of SAP projects, ensuring that Agile methodologies are effectively applied.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects, keeping stakeholders informed of the team's accomplishments, challenges, and any adjustments required.
- Availability for periodic evening and weekend work as project demands require.
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects using Agile methodologies.
- Experience in SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean Agile.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
