Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze tickets/issues from business in an AMS project.
- Resolve issues promptly within SLA requirements.
- Test and transport changes to the production environment.
- Understand SLAs, incident management processes, and have proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Work in shifts, with availability till 11 PM for offshore support.
- Participate in on-call support after hours and on weekends on a rotation basis.
- ABAP debugging knowledge preferred for functional consultants
- Experience with Concur Expense, Concur Request, Concur Invoice, and Concur Travel modules.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
