Responsibilities
- Proven expertise in the Telecom domain with a deep understanding of industry workflows.
- Hands-on experience with FASTBPM processes and tools.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and integration.
- Familiarity with AT&T business operations and processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience working with large-scale telecom projects.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and tools commonly used in DevOps.
- Prior experience with AT&T-specific systems or processes is a plus.
- Understand and optimize end-to-end AT&T business flows for FASTBPM processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient workflows in the telecom domain.
- Leverage DevOps practices to enhance system integration, deployment, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and mitigate challenges related to telecom systems and processes.
- Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams to meet project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
