Responsibilities
- Expertise in Hansen CPQ and EPC software solutions.
- Strong understanding of product modeling concepts and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with TM Forum standards (eTOM, TAM, SID).
- Experience in BSS/OSS solutions, particularly catalog, order management, and provisioning.
- Significant exposure to telecommunications, cable, and high-tech sectors.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in analyzing system specifications and troubleshooting.
- Experience in multi-systems integration programs.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and implement organizational and process models.
- Strong skills in developing training materials and delivering courses.
- Configure and operationalize Hansen CPQ and EPC software solutions.
- Execute configuration management and product data migration.
- Conduct system analysis to optimize software features and capabilities.
- Lead product modeling workshops.
- Design and develop rationalized product models based on industry standards (e.g., TM Forum eTOM, TAM, SID).
- Define functional specifications and align with business and product architecture.
- Provide product implementation consultancy focusing on catalog, order management, and provisioning.
- Design and deploy process and organizational models for Hansen solutions.
- Collaborate in multi-vendor, multi-systems environments for large system integration projects.
- Develop and deliver training materials.
- Support QA/UAT/Acceptance test phases and troubleshoot system issues.
- Regularly contribute ideas for the product roadmap.
- Analyze and enhance current systems, making recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and product features.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
