Job Title : Power BI and Analytics Technical Lead
Job Type : W2
Experience : 8-10 Years
Location : Atlanta, Georgia
Responsibilities
- 5 years of experience with BI / Analytics tools, such as Power BI, Domo, Tableau (Domo and Power BI preferred).
- 1 year of hands-on experience with Domo & Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and agile frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering BI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders effectively.
- Solid experience in creating EPICs and user stories, and assigning story points.
- Experience in both business analysis and technical leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to balance business needs with technical challenges effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing project risks.
- Create and manage EPICs, user stories, and story points, ensuring adherence to agile practices.
- Address technical challenges and lead the team efficiently.
- Communicate with business teams to understand and translate requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Effectively translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure clarity in user stories and requirements to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team.
- Address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Lead the team in delivering high-quality BI solutions within timelines.
- Facilitate agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Promote adherence to Scrum methodology and best practices.
