Responsibilities
- Have experience as a Product Manager or Product Designer.
- Have led previous product transformations.
- Possess a growth mindset with excellent listening skills, capable of facilitating difficult conflict resolutions leading to constructive decisions.
- Be able to transition feature teams into product teams, teaching them to discover solutions worth building.
- Be able to run prioritization sessions with product leaders, should be familiar with various techniques to find the best value at a given time & capacity.
- Motivate product teams to foster open communication and innovation, establishing a strong product culture, enhancing team morale.
- Be adept in market research techniques, product OKR definition, and KPIs.
- Have defined/created/ coached Product Vision, Product Strategy, POD Objectives, and Team Topology.
- Guide senior leadership through the mindset shift from feature to product teams, while comfortably engaging with engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Be familiar with agile frameworks, product metrics and Agile tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
