Location : Dearborn, Michigan
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2-3 E2E implementations in SAP SD and Complaint Handling
- Deep understanding of SAP SD processes, including order management, delivery, invoicing, and returns
- Expertise in SAP Complaint Handling configuration and processes
- Strong knowledge of S/4 Hana SD and its functionalities
- Experience in integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- SAP SD
- SAP Complaint Handling
- S/4 Hana SD Functional
- S/4 Hana Certification
- Experience in SAP TM or LE-TRA
- Knowledge of SAP GTS
- Experience in SAP Fiori for SD
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
