Key Responsibilities
- Customer Master & Data Management: Configure and manage customer master data in SAP, ensuring accurate customer information for order processing.
- Order Capture & Types: Define and manage order types and configure the order capture process in SAP SD.
- Order Management: Oversee the order management process, including credit management, rebates, pricing, and back order processing.
- Pricing & Discounts: Implement and manage pricing procedures, discount conditions, and rebates in SAP SD.
- Contract & Delivery Management: Configure contract management processes, delivery scheduling, shipment tracking, and transportation.
- Billing & Returns: Oversee customer billing, including credit and debit notes, and handle returns and exchange processes in SAP SD.
- IDOC & Integration: Work with SAP IDOC (Intermediate Documents) for data exchange and integration with other modules/systems.
- Forms & Output Determination: Configure forms for invoices, delivery notes, and other documents, along with output determination processes.
- Enhancements & Routines: Implement pricing routines, account determination processes, and handle system enhancements based on business needs.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD processes and functionality.
- Experience with order types, customer master data, credit management, pricing, and billing within SAP SD.
- Knowledge of SAP IDOC, integration processes, and cross-module integrations (e.g., with SAP MM, SAP FI).
- Experience with forms and output determination in SAP SD.
- Strong communication skills to work with business teams to gather requirements and configure SAP to meet business needs.
- SAP SD Certification (Functional consultant level)
- Knowledge of SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) for integration with billing and payments.
- Experience with SAP Enhancements, including custom development for specific business
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
