Job Description:

We are seeking experienced RAVE Developers to support Jeppesen Crew Planning and Jeppesen Crew Tracking products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RAVE programming and will be responsible for owning and delivering fixes, enhancements, and new development related to the Crew Planning and Crew Tracking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Enhancements:
• Work on the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Jeppesen Crew Planning and Crew Tracking products.
• Implement fixes and improvements to ensure that the products meet business requirements and technical standards.
• RAVE Programming:
• Utilize RAVE programming skills to create efficient and scalable solutions for Crew Planning and Crew Tracking applications.
• Handle new feature development and customization of RAVE scripts as per the product's needs.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product vendors, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to implement new functionality and resolve issues.
• Participate in regular project meetings and collaborate to ensure the product is developed according to customer specifications.
• Issue Resolution:
• Take ownership of tickets/issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of defects or problems identified in the systems.
• Documentation:
• Provide comprehensive documentation for new features, enhancements, and fixes.
• Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for ongoing work.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RAVE programming and product development.
• Familiarity with Jeppesen Crew Planning and Crew Tracking products is a plus.
• Experience in working on aviation software solutions or related industry applications is a bonus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in RAVE programming and related scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), including fixes, enhancements, and new development.
• Problem-Solving:
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex software issues.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and product teams.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with aviation-related software such as Jeppesen Crew Planning and Jeppesen Crew Tracking.
• Experience with agile development and scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment.
  
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
