Job Title : Senior SAP GRC and ESG Solutions Architect

Job Type : C2H

Experience : 8-20 Years

Location : Irvine, California (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Must have hands-on experience in managing a minimum 5 large finance transformation projects valuing $25M per annum
• 15 years’ experience needed
• SAP Certifications SAP, R3, S4HANA, HANA, S/4, GRC.
• Designing and Implementing SAP GRC Solutions. Translating business requirements into customized GRC solutions within the SAP landscape. This includes configuring modules like SAP Access Control, Risk Management, and Process Control.
• Creating and maintaining SAP security roles that align with business needs, ensuring strict adherence to the principle of least privilege.
• Identifying potential SoD conflicts within business processes and designing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Providing technical expertise during internal and external audits, demonstrating compliance with regulations such as SOX, GDPR, and others.
• Educating users on GRC best practices and providing ongoing troubleshooting assistance for GRC-related issues.
• Keeping abreast of the latest GRC trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in SAP’s GRC technology.
• A solid understanding of SAP authorization concepts, security configuration, and the various SAP GRC modules.
• The ability to grasp business processes and translate them into effective compliance and risk management solutions.
• Strong analytical skills are needed to identify potential risks, analyze SoD conflicts, and design appropriate mitigations.
• The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for effective collaboration with stakeholders, users, and auditors.
• Experience in managing GRC-related projects and adhering to deadlines.
• Clarify the internal ESG vision, mission statement, and priorities
• Identify stakeholders' motivations and expectations during fundraising
• Create an ESG policy and implementation framework
• Construct an ESG action plan to fit present and future goals
• Define ESG Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the ESG performance across the business
• An ESG consultant should have proficient knowledge frameworks such as GRI, sustainability accounting standards board, and Taskforce on Climate-related financial disclosures.

• Degree in Computer Science, MBA, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Technical, Information Technology, Business/Administration, Education, Technology.
