Responsibilities
- Experience working with engineering teams, IT stakeholders, and cross-functional business units.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or Aha! for backlog and roadmap management.
- Strong analytical skills to define KPIs, measure success, and track product performance.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, and governance management skills.
- Experience in UAT/BAT coordination, production release approvals, and change management
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and managing Agile product backlogs.
- Own and manage Cisco IT Agile Processes, including Outcome Mapping, Epic and Feature creation, and Idea management.
- Develop and maintain the product and initiative roadmap with input from stakeholders, LIO Engineering, and IT.
- Prioritize LIO Engineering/IT backlog across products, initiatives, and stakeholders to ensure teams are working on the most impactful items
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
