Job Title : Senior UX/UI Designer (Sketch, Figma)

Job Type : W2

Experience : 8-15 Years

Location : Alpharetta, Georgia

Responsibilities

• 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch and Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into engaging design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind your design choices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
