Location : McAllen, Texas
Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP/MES support.
- Experience with Solumina or iBase T products is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes.
- Basic knowledge of Solumina modules and functionalities (training will be provided if needed).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management tools.
- Respond to user inquiries through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Solumina application errors.
- Provide guidance to users on Solumina functionalities and best practices.
- Log, document, and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Resolve Level 1 issues and escalate more complex problems to Level 2 support.
- Assist with user access management (setting up or modifying roles).
- Maintain and update support documentation and the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and improve processes.
- Support end-user training sessions and prepare training materials when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
