Job Title : Sr. Data Integration Engineer (IBM DataStage & SQLServer)

Responsibilities
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using IBM DataStage (version 11.7 preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server 2016, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with data integration, data transformation, and data loading.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex ETL and data-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimizing ETL jobs and SQL queries.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using IBM DataStage 11.7.
- Create, optimize, and maintain SQL Server 2016 queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues and bottlenecks.
- Perform data quality assessments, identify inconsistencies, and take corrective actions.
- Participate in performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs and SQL queries.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards, best practices, and security policies.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes for future reference.
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends to continually improve ETL processes and data management practices.
