Responsibilities
- Proven experience with DocuSign configuration, including a deep understanding of workflows, templates, envelopes, and integrations.
- Proficiency in using DocuSign's API and integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and learn new technologies.
- DocuSign certifications (e.g., DocuSign Certified Administrator, DocuSign Certified Developer).
- Experience in our industry or a related field.
- Workflow Design: Develop and implement customized DocuSign workflows that align with our business processes and requirements.
- Configuration: Configure DocuSign settings, templates, and envelopes to automate document routing, signing, and data extraction.
- Integration: Integrate DocuSign with our existing systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to create a seamless document workflow experience.
- Training: Provide training and support to our team on DocuSign usage and best practices.
