Experience : 8-20 years
Location : Dallas, Texas (or) Remote
Responsibilities
- 8-10 Years of experience in Telecom Billing Architecture.
- Having Experience in Zuora/BRIM/CABS (Carrier access billing System) or similar telco billing systems for at least 3 to 4 Years
- Good familiarity with Mainframe process understanding and new process creations.
- Should have experience on working Mainframe program language(s) and Mainframe database(s).
- Understanding of Billing domain and settlement process
- Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis for the Billing Platform
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to define process designs, where required to handle Operational requirements
- Creating and Maintaining the Design, and process document for the Billing Platform
- Providing support to E2E BSS stack.
- Coordination with various BSS teams for implementing the solution.
- Responsible for providing Domain leadership to a team of Developers on large Billing implementation projects.
- Should have good Knowledge of telecom processes Frameworx, SID, and TAM.
- Should have good Knowledge of US telecom regulatory and telco processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
