Responsibilities
- Unified communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex)
- Videoconferencing and telepresence technologies
- Live event and webinar platforms
- Microsoft 365 productivity tools
- Digital signage solutions
- Generative AI platforms
- Low-code automation tools
- Mixed and augmented reality systems
- Provide technical support and implementation for enterprise-level communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex
- Manage and optimize videoconferencing and telepresence solutions, with expertise in integration tools like TMS and Pexip
- Support live events and webinar planning, including technical logistics and content delivery across platforms such as Teams Townhall and Zoom
- Implement, secure, and manage Microsoft 365 productivity applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Whiteboard, etc), ensuring seamless user experience and integration
- Deploy and configure digital signage platforms like Appspace
- Explore and implement generative AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI
- Develop automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms like Power Automate
- Support mixed, augmented, and virtual reality solutions, including content creation for Microsoft Hololens, Guides, and Remote Assist platforms
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
