Principal Scientist / Associate Director Opportunity - Funded Antibody Biotech
The position :
We are partnered with a high-growth Antibody biotech, currently on the search for a hands-on scientific leader to report into the CSO. This person will need to have an involvement in the benchwork, including High Throughput Screening, as well as strategic and leadership responsibilities of the Cell Biology team currently in place.
Looking for :
- PhD in Cell Biology or similar fields
- 5 - 8 years industry experience in Biotech or Pharma R&D teams
- Hands on lab skills : flow cytometry, HTS, In-vitro killing assays, tissue culture, cell culture, potency assays
- Direct experience working within Antibody Discovery / Development (ADCs / MABs / Bispecific)
- Previous experience with leading a team is a bonus
