What are the responsibilities and job description for the Library Customer Assistant III position at Arts and Culture?
Position Summary
Perform a wide variety of routine and technical library operations including updating library accounts and processing and collecting library fees; provide assistance to library branches and customers and perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.

Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements
Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
High school diploma or GED, supplemented by thirty (30) credit hours of college-level course work in business or general studies; and
Three (3) years in basic bookkeeping, accounts receivable, library operations or related experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License or the ability to obtain within ninety (90) days from date of hire.
Possession of a City Operator’s Permit (COP) within 6 months from hire date.
