Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and efficiency.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with inquiries and reservations.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, for managing orders and reservations as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host/host area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred.
