Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, including those with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, home care, or working in a group home setting. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene.
• Implement and follow care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Support clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Monitor and document changes in clients' conditions and report any concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by maintaining hygiene standards.
• Administer CPR and first aid as required in emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or home care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with care plans and the ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Certification in CPR is highly desirable.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
