Preschool Teacher

Arundel Christian School is seeking a loving, enthusiastic, and faith-filled Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, committed to fostering a Christ-centered environment, and excited to help young learners grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, and academically.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that align with biblical values and academic standards.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment where students can thrive.
• Integrate faith-based principles into daily activities and classroom culture.
• Communicate effectively with parents through daily updates and regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to create a cohesive, supportive team environment.
• Manage classroom behavior with grace and consistency, using positive discipline strategies aligned with school policies.
• Maintain an orderly classroom and ensure the safety and well-being of each child.

Qualifications:

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to living out your faith daily.
• Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in a structured setting.
• A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A heart for ministry and a desire to support the mission and vision of Arundel Christian School.
