Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Work Shift: Hybrid
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and job requirements.
- Post job openings through ADP and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and participate in hiring discussions.
- Attend job fairs and source qualified candidates.
- Extend job offers and complete onboarding processes.
- Schedule and facilitate New Hire Orientation and onboarding sessions.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Track resumes and manage candidate pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & HR Support
- Assist in organizing Staff Appreciation and Wellness events.
- Conduct follow-up interviews with new hires for feedback and retention insights.
- Foster strong relationships with employees and leadership to promote workplace morale and engagement.
- Support other HR functions and special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college education in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of administrative and/or HR-related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel for job fairs as needed.
