Full-time Position hours: 9 am- 5 pm
The primary responsibilities for the Customer Service position are:
- Greet guests/patients Process referrals for OMHC services
- Collect personal information for new patients and input data into Credible Scheduling (in person at desk and via telephone) Collect co-pays for services
- Answer phones, check voicemails on clinic line
- Assume other administrative duties as needed
- Assist clinic staff with tracking clients/caseloads
- Assist clinic staff with tracking client caseloads, and other admin duties.
- Position is eligible for health, dental, vision, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays.
Qualifications; Previous work experience in a medical office with medical records. Previous education or experience with mental health a plus! Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
