8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Department: IT Program Management - 225
Primary Purpose:
The Agile Team Leader is responsible for making sure Agile teams live by the values and practices of Agile, and for acting as the process owner for the team, creating a balance with the Product Owner. As an Agile Team Leader, you will do whatever possible to help the team perform at their highest level. This involves removing impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, and working closely with the Product Owner to make sure the product backlog is properly groomed.

Physical and Other Requirements:
Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Mobility: The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Communicate: Frequently and effectively communicate with others.
PPE: Biohazard laboratory environment that requires use of personal protective equipment in accordance with CDC and OSHA regulations and company policies.
ARUP Policies and Procedures: To conduct self in compliance with all ARUP Policies and Procedures.
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Experience
Required- Bachelor’s Degree Or High School Diploma and 4 years of experience
- Two years’ experience on project teams
- Demonstrated work experience showing independent thinking
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of servant leadership
- Demonstrated knowledge of software development lifecycle
Education
Required- High School Diploma or Equivalent or better
- Bachelor's Degree or better
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred- Cert ScrumMaster
