We are looking for a Procurement Analyst in our New York City office who will be responsible for activities to support a procurement compliance process, reporting to the Compliance and Data Quality Manager.
The opportunity
- As an analyst, you will also provide support to the analysts in the team and act as the first point of contact for stakeholders when they are considering procurement options.
- You will be responsible for the administration and support of all supply chain policies, protocols, and standard methodologies of the offices in our Americas region.
- This role will support Project Directors, Project Managers, Team leaders and other partners with the onboarding of suppliers
- Verification that suppliers align with Arup’s requirements
- Collaborate with internal team members to verify suppliers
- Administration of the supplier’s database
- Provide accurate reports to main team members
- Creation and administration of purchase orders
Is this role right for you?
- Bachelor's degree is required.’
- 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement or the compliance sector.
- Knowledgeable in procurement systems and operational processes, such as supplier management portal, contracting, CRM is preferred.
- Experience using Jaggaer supplier management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) required
- Strong systems and processes orientation
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, creative problem-solving, teamwork and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively work in a diverse, global team environment
- Comfortable working independently and resisting the unknown
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills

New York City Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York City is $77,500 to $85,000 per year. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of New York City will differ.

Salary : $77,500 - $85,000
