Position Summary :

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and transformation. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the organization to understand hiring needs and build strategies that align with our evolving culture and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Promote a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on onboarding strategies to ensure a seamless candidate transition.
