- As a first year rep, you will utilize your strengths and our company training to:
- Sell door-to-door pest control services to prospective customers
- Work a minimum of 40 hours a week and willing to work during holidays
- Provide excellent customer service to client base and handle objections effectively
- Master sales techniques and improve communication skills, leadership qualities, and time management
- Sales positions have a tiered commission structure
