*Arvada Acupuncture & Holistic Medicine is looking for a part time front desk office assistant to join our team at The Olde Town Arvada Wellness Collective!

*About Us: Arvada Acupuncture & Holistic Medicine is located inside The Olde Town Arvada Wellness Collective, where you’ll support our acupuncture team. We have excellent community standing due to our deep commitment to patient care, results and referral relationships with other local small business owners.
We are located in a newly renovated historic home in the heart of Olde Town Arvada on the main thoroughfare in front of the light rail stop. Our building also houses a boutique hair salon.
We are a cash-based & patient-focused practice based in downtown Olde Town Arvada (15 minutes outside of Denver, Colorado). The Collective as a whole primarily treats women, and our current acupuncturists specialize in the treatment of women’s health, reproductive health, orthopedics, pain, injury and mental health.
*About You: You are passionate about helping people feel better, are highly organized and can work without supervision. You are outgoing and compassionate and love the idea of working in a collaborative environment with a focus on women’s health, inclusivity and safety. You love connecting with patients and value building relationships.
*Position Responsibilities
- Greet & assist patients upon entering the clinic
- Check in & out patients including scheduling
- Provide information regarding services
- Light cleaning & maintenance of treatment rooms
- Wash & fold sheets and towels
- Stock & prepare rooms for treatments
- Inventory & supply management
- Take photos & videos for social media (social media management not required)
- Patient management & response
- Business management such as paying taxes & license renewals
- Occasional community events & marketing
*Position Details
- Part time hours: 1 day/8 hours per week to start (anticipated to add increase to 2 days/8 additional hours in the future)
- Available Shifts (Wednesday to start, availability to add Sundays in the future):
- Wednesdays: 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- Sundays: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Pay is $21/hour
- Benefits: eligible for 1 week paid time off (after first 6 months), 25% off herbal products, 1 acupuncture treatment per calendar month
- This position does require some meeting times (about 1-2 hours per month)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
