DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
Our dental practice is open Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, with morning team huddles at 7:45 AM!
As our Dental Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice that patients first encounter, managing phone calls with warmth and helpfulness and answering questions about our office and procedures. You'll also have the important task of scheduling patient appointments, making reminder calls, collecting payments, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete. Your role will involve building positive relationships with patients, assisting with their needs, and supporting them throughout their visit. Additionally, you'll help keep our office tidy and assist with the referral process, providing valuable support to our patients from reception to checkout!
Here's what we need from you:
- Strong written and verbal English skills are a must!
- Dental or medical scheduling experience is a must.
- Knowledge of time management and scheduling mastery will need to be demonstrated.
- Spanish would be a plus
