If you think quickly on your feet, have an affinity for technical work, 3D printing, can think 5 steps ahead during a procedure, and consider yourself digitally savvy, then you'll love our office! Ideal candidate has some surgical experience with AOX cases but would like to advance their skills in AOX assisting, then we are the office for you. We train our dental assistants to become top in their field and value education and growth.
Pay and Perks for General & Surgical Dental Assistant
We offer this full- or part-time position with competitive pay of $27-35 DOE and tested skills.
Team Leadership is a plus and will be considered for a higher compensation range. We determine this by the ability to organize and teach other assistants.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We offer flexible working arrangements , requiring a minimum of 3 days per week, with some weeks extending to 4 days. Enjoy your weekends off with no night shifts!
As a full- or part-time General & Surgical Dental Assistant, you will start your day by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all surgical instruments are ready for use. You will assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including implant placements and oral surgeries, using your expertise to anticipate the dentist's needs and provide exceptional patient care. Throughout the day, you will manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and maintain accurate and secure records. Coaching and scheduling your team of will be a key part of your role, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient interactions. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
Dental Assistant (RDA) and x-ray certification are a plus!
