Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We offer flexible working arrangements, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week, with some weeks extending to 4 days. Enjoy your weekends off with no night shifts!
As a bilingual full- or part-time Lead Dental Assistant - Surgical EDDA, you will start your day by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all surgical instruments are ready for use. You will assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including implant placements and oral surgeries, using your expertise to anticipate the dentist's needs and provide exceptional patient care. Throughout the day, you will manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and maintain accurate and secure records. Coaching and scheduling your team of will be a key part of your role, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient interactions. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- EDDA certification
- Valid driver's license
- 3 years of general dental assisting experience
- 2 years of experience in oral surgery, periodontal, or surgical assisting
- High proficiency with CEREC, 3D printers, CBCT, Itero Scanning, and ICam
- Strong experience in dental implant or surgery inventory management and placing orders
- Proven skills in EDDA/assistant management, scheduling, and coaching
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively and maintain sterile environments
- Spanish fluency
Dental Assistant (RDA) and x-ray certification are a plus!
