The inside sales position is a detail oriented, punctual, organized position in a fast paced growing equipment rental company.
The inside sales representative position is the “go-to” position of the equipment rental business. It’s where you are customer facing, assessing customers’ needs, qualifying jobs and equipment, and directing all of the customers needs thought out the company. If the idea of doing the same thing day in and day out disgusts you, this position could be for you. This position is also a great spring board for other positions in the industry from outside sales to management. Some of the duties include knowing the product line ins and outs, qualifying customers needs, up selling, dispatching trucks, and more.

Requirements/Qualifications
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Rental management software experience is a plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility, prioritizing, and problem assessment/solving.
Customer service, communication, multitasking, organizational skills, patience, leadership.
Clean and neat appearance.
Overall knowledge of construction related equipment.
