Our K-12 Professional Development & Continuing Education Instructor educates, engages, and empowers educators to successfully learn our research-based strategies and create a successful professional development experience. We turn knowledge about what works in education into practical, effective strategies and training for educators and education leaders, to help students and staff be successful.

We are seeking a Professional Development Specialist with: A willingness to cultivate meaningful connections with educators. A drive to join a community of entrepreneurial trainers and educators. A relentless desire to advance and learn. Ability to work remotely and propel their own success.

We are conducting phone interviews now.

Important Job Responsibilities: Success as a principal, teacher, trainer, consultant, or professor. A desire to run your own business and collaborate with our team. A willingness to improve from feedback and criticism. A desire to learn and constantly improve. A willingness to learn information, personalize it and present it with your unique presentation style.

Consultant Requirements: You must have the desire to be an independent contractor, you are running your business with our guidance. You must have completed a bachelors’ degree or further. You must love training educators in new research-based instructional practices that you have learned from us. They say if you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work.
