- Engage and develop strategic relationship with key accounts in the data center/cloud business sector. That includes senior-level client interactions, creation of client presentations, negotiations, etc.
- Develop new revenue opportunities and strategic account plans by identifying data center solutions that match the needs of the targeted accounts.
- Assume responsibility for P&L results, collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure comprehensive financial oversight of key client accounts.
- Manage team of managers and directors associated with the key accounts, guiding them to meet P&L objectives and ensuring successful business development and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in key account management, business development, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large, high-value client accounts and driving substantial revenue growth.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and financial oversight.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and managing key relationships on a global scale.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong background in process improvement and change management.
- Relevant industry experience, especially in sectors related to supply chain management or technology, is highly desirable.
- An MBA or advanced degree preferred.
