Position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist
The primary responsibility of the Client Relationship Specialist is to assist in the servicing of clients’ needs while strengthening client relationships. The Client Relationship Specialist acts as the liaison between the Client Advisor and client and therefore, must have the ability to listen, communicate, multitask, understand, and assist in providing solutions for our client’s needs. At the request of the Client Advisor(s) candidates execute securities trades and transfers in compliance with all bank and FINRA rules and regulations.
What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Services a high volume of daily interactions, including moderately complex inquiries and scheduling of meetings, with prospective and existing clients on the phone, in-person, virtually and through mailings.
• Works both independently and within a dynamic team environment to provide critical support to the client advisors and branch office.
• With a high level of organization and accuracy, processes client financial transactions and client advisor and branch office expenses and expense reports.
• Opens new clients accounts and research client and security information using internal databases and other technologies.
• For proper maintenance and to meet firm and industry requirements, ensures client paperwork and documentation is accurate and correct prior to submission and processing. Follows up to ensure accurate completion.
• Maintain policy and procedure manuals for the department, as well as assist the operations department in updating policy and procedure manuals as needed.
• Prepares letters, forms, and reports to assist with servicing existing client and prospecting for new clients.
• Prepares various business summary reports and client specific reporting as needed for review by the client advisor and/or compliance.
• Assists Client Advisors with marketing efforts including seminars and other client-facing events.
• Enters trades at the direction of the Client Advisor. Communicate trade information accurately and timely.
• Creates and maintains records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management software.
• Attend various training and continuing education seminars to increase job knowledge and stay abreast of regulation changes. Must keep required licenses current and in good standing.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

• Associate degree in finance, or accounting or equivalent relevant work or military experience is required.
• FINRA Series 7 license required.
• FINRA Series 63 and 65 OR Series 66 (combination exam of 63/65) license required.
• Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance license required.
• 3 years administrative experience required.
• Previous financial/brokerage experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications is preferred.
• Arvest experience preferred.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Physical Demands:
