Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.
Location: 202 S Goad Springs St. Lowell, AR.
Summary:
SUMMARY: Under minimal direction of the IAS Supervisor, the IAS Servicing Specialist 2 will perform servicing functions that support the following teams: Flood, Collections, IRA, International Wires, and Participations. The IAS Servicing Specialist 2 will review and provide guidance on the more complex files and accounts. The incumbent must maintain a high level of accuracy and provide proactive communication and support to bank and shared services associates. A high degree of resourcefulness and accuracy is required in this position to ensure the bank does not incur financial losses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serve as a resource to bank associates regarding complex servicing questions related to regulatory laws (federal and state).
- Accurately analyze and process complex data from supporting departments in various system applications and ensure that the integrity and accuracy of information is maintained in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Arvest servicing guidelines.
- Serve as an escalation point for experience and/or input teams within the complex functional support area.
- Escalate high risk transactions and concerning trends information to management in a timely manner.
- Facilitate conversations with customers that are impacted by the functional support area to resolve complex servicing issues.
- Analyze incoming documents within complex functional support areas, and communicate with internal departments to clarify information for both accuracy and to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
- Ensure duties are performed to align with department key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Perform all duties within established department Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- 3 years of relevant experience required.
