Position is located at 2023 E 32nd St, Joplin, Missouri.

Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

SUMMARY: With limited direction, incumbents assist in the analyzing, planning, research and development of WACO objectives and strategic plans in order to achieve business opportunities, growth and financial profitability. Incumbents may have marketing responsibilities such as speaking engagements, seminar presentations, direct mail campaigns, etc. The incumbent is expected to portray a positive image throughout the community and the market areas at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Develop new business growth by building on company strengths and are in alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify potential new markets and increase market share through successfully capturing new business opportunities.
  • Formulate and present pricing request for present and future customers.
  • Develop prospects through professional referrals.
  • Stay abreast of trends regarding the real estate and building industries.
  • Make sure that WACO can provide the expected level of service for all new relationships.
  • Facilitate/Moderate product/service seminars at banks or other locations.
  • Maintain and develop extensive client, professional, public, governmental, and internal contacts for communications, service, and counseling in all aspects of title and closing matters.
  • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

  • Promote professionalism at all times.
  • Maintain involvement in community affairs to foster and promote the proper bank image at all times.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • Associates Degree in Business /Marketing or equivalent related experience required
  • Two (2) years previous Sales and relationship building experience required
  • Previous Title experience preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and must be able to reach and carry.
