Marketer Full-Time

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Marketer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing key relationships with referral sources, generating community awareness, and increasing resident admissions to our skilled nursing facility. • Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources.
• Conduct regular site visits to referral partners and participate in community networking events. Marketing & Outreach
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and facility census.
• Coordinate presentations and attend relevant conferences, health fairs, and community events to promote Linwood Meadows Care Center. Admissions & Referral Coordination
• Collaborate with the admissions department to ensure a smooth, efficient admissions process for prospective residents.
• Follow up on inquiries and referrals, providing timely updates to internal teams and external partners. Market Research & Analysis
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Recommend strategies for service enhancement based on community needs and referral feedback. Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, outreach initiatives, and outcomes. Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience : 2 years of healthcare marketing, business development, or sales experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
• Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Demonstrated success in achieving targets and expanding market presence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
