We are seeking a skilled Assistant Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences and maintain high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain hotel policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate art and merchandise inventory with location and pricing. Ensure sales are being recorded and submit a monthly report to owner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel or a similar role
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
