We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to help maintain a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork, coordinating with clients and office visitors, and handling proper communication. with clients and insurance companies.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage office paperwork and records.
- Maintain an orderly and efficient office environment.
- Keep track of client accounts and documentation.
- Make calls to insurance companies and follow up on necessary paperwork.
- Fill out and process required forms accurately and on time.
- Assist with office coordination and ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Experience in administrative work or office assistance is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Being Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Plus
