We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with an additional Senior Project Manager responsibility. This role involves driving the proposal, scoping, and execution of projects that address both internal and external customer needs. This includes optimizing team resources across the organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with well-defined, measurable outcomes.
The successful candidate will have proven track record in project scoping, execution, and management within a chemical or manufacturing environment. They will oversee the scale-up and transfer of new products and processes to internal or external manufacturing assets, ensuring adherence to industry-leading methodologies and standards in chemistry and chemical engineering.
This role requires a strong background in chemical process development, scale-up, and technology transfer, as well as experience working in regulated industries such as specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or petrochemicals. The ideal candidate will be able to lead teams in safety, chemical engineering technology, and collaboration while promoting Arxada's core values.
