Arxada is looking for a Maintenance Tech in Modesto, CA This is responsible for performing duties to install, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the goals and objectives of the company
Essential Job Functions:

Perform minor fixes, such as pump repairs, valve repairs, and repairs on
miscellaneous equipment. - Basic knowledge in plastic & steel, pipe fitting (galvanized steel and PVC)

Responsible for completing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventative
maintenance inspections in Maintelex -
Must have basic set of hand tools and toolbox.
Ability to learn and retain knowledge pertaining to the ability to operate, disassemble, and assemble industrial equipment/ machinery. - Responsible for completing maintenance requests in Maintelex in a timely manner.
- Assist and learn maintenance routines and preventive maintenance schedules and complete assigned tasks as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Lead.
- Understand all safety procedures related to the department

Must be proficient in using all the company equipment such as boom lifts, scissors
lifts, welding trailers, water trailer, forklifts, and golf carts - This position learns and maintains adherence to food safety cleanliness using proper work procedures and compliance with Food Safety and Quality Standards as defined by the FDA, SQF, HACCP and GMP Programs
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift and SQF certified/License
- 2-4 years maintenance and mechanical experience.
- Basic computer skills
