We are looking for a Senior Production/Process Engineer in Williamsport, PA. The function of this role is to provide production/process engineering support to the site for ongoing production operations and new process introductions. Serve as a resource for implementing engineering studies, designs, evaluations, and improvements to optimize utilizations.
Essential Job Functions:
Consumer Microbial Control (CMC) focuses on the threat posed by microorganisms to people, with products spanning the food and drink, professional hygiene, home and personal care, crop protection and wood protection areas.
Industrial Microbial Control (IMC) supplies antimicrobials and performance additives for the plastics, energy, textile and other industries, as well as dry-film and wet-state preservatives for the paints and coatings that provide protection and improve efficiency in the construction and marine sectors.
Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.

Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation of assigned process areas such that all regulatory, health, safety and environmental requirements are satisfied.
- Assist in day to day troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
- Develop KPI’s that Monitor productivity, process yields, and product and process performance to meet production commitments in the most efficient manner.
- Develops, plans, and coordinates projects from inception to completion ensuring efficient implementation, timely completion, and compliance to budget.
- Ensure operating procedures are up to date and in compliance with appropriate standards.
- Responsible for evaluation, installation, programming, and service of DCS equipment. Assist with the migration of process control systems.
- Maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 certifications for the business by complying with processes, procedures, and instructions for all activities in which this role participates.
- Must acquire a working knowledge of compliance with applicable quality standards ( ISO 9001, cGMP, EFfCI, etc.)
- BS degree in Engineering (Chemical and Mechanical preferred)
- 2 plus years manufacturing experience, highly preferred
- Working knowledge of process controls and cGMP
- Excellent written, computer and oral communication
