The Role
As a Partner Success Specialist at ArxEd, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional technical support and assistance. This position is ideal for someone who is independent and responsible, is an articulate and responsive communicator, is tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product insights, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring timely and empathetic support.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to our online training platform, address complex problems when necessary, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless and quick resolutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of our platforms and provide tailored support and recommendations to educators and administrators.
- Team Collaboration: Work with our customer success and product teams to drive improvements and share customer feedback.
- Special Projects: Utilize downtime to enhance processes, learn new skills, and contribute to team projects.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent Communication Skills: You're articulate, responsive, efficient, and enjoy helping educators and administrators.
- Tech Savvy: Strong technical skills (Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Monday.com, Online Learning Management Systems, or LMS (preferred, not required)
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable switching gears and completing focussed, complex tasks or projects as needed.
- Location Flexibility: Ability to work remotely or from our office in Concord, MA.
