We offer Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP), Day Treatment, Individual, Group, and Family Counseling to individuals seeking comprehensive mental health support. Arya Therapy Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and oversee all clinical operations within the facility. The Clinical Director will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, overseeing client care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality clinical programming. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Management & Supervision:
- Oversee and supervise Counselors, Primary Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Case Managers, and Group Facilitators.
- Ensure clinical excellence by providing ongoing training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular supervision meetings with clinical staff to enhance service delivery.
- Assess staff performance, providing feedback and development plans when necessary.
- Lead orientation and training for new clinical team members.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Work closely with leadership and ownership to align clinical services with the organization's vision.
- Assist in program development and design in collaboration with the Executive Director.
- Participate in hiring and interviewing for clinical positions.
- Attend clinical and administrative meetings to ensure interdepartmental communication and alignment.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and Joint Commission standards.
- Review admission assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Ensure clinical staff meet educational, training, and licensure requirements.
- Implement and oversee Performance Improvement Plans for clinical services.
- Conduct regular audits of client charts and documentation to ensure clinical compliance.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enforce clinical policies and procedures within the facility.
- Communicate emergency procedures and protocols effectively to staff.
- Supervise day-to-day clinical operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for both staff and clients.
- Maintain an organized clinical structure, delegating responsibilities appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in IOP, Day Treatment, or higher levels of care is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive clinical team.
